We stand behind every unit we ship. Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, un-installed parts.
Non-defective returns
Email sales@spoonpartsusa.us to request an RMA. Ship the part back in original packaging at your cost. Refund issued minus a 15% restocking fee and any freight cost we incurred.
Defective on arrival
Email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll cover return freight and ship a replacement or refund in full.
