How it works
- Drain the old unit and put it in the crate the new one arrived in.
- Schedule a pickup with the return label we email you after your order ships.
- Refund is issued within 5 business days of core arrival.
Core condition
Cores must be complete and rebuildable. Cracked cases, missing major components or seized cores may be refused or refunded at a reduced rate.
