Damage from improper installation, missed break-in procedure, contaminated fluid, non-flushed cooler lines, or use in an application other than the one the unit was built for.
How to make a claim
- Email sales@spoonpartsusa.us with your order number, the symptom and any error codes.
- We diagnose by email or phone, and if warranty applies we authorise repair or replacement.
- Approved claims are settled inside two weeks.
